Job Description
A Toledo-based mental health services & treatment company is looking to hire a part-time Bookkeeper!
The schedule is flexible, working about 20 hours a week and there is potential to work a hybrid schedule (part in-office / part-remote).
Pay Range: $18-$20/ hour (based on experience) Duties and Responsibilities:

Pay Range: $18-$20/ hour (based on experience) Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare correspondence, documentation, and other materials
- Maintain and update files and databases containing confidential information
- Compile and manage PNL's, cash statements, and balance sheets
- High school diploma; associate’s degree or bachelor degree in business or related field preferred but not required
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Min. 1 year QuickBooks experience
- Min. 1 year working with PNL's, cash statements, and balance sheets
- Highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Solid time management skills; able to prioritize
