Job Description

Millennium Staffing is immediately hiring Part-time Forklift Operators in Memphis, TN for a well-known company.
Pay:  $15 - $17.00/Hour - can be discussed during interview. Health, vision and dental available after 60 days on the job. This is a part-time position:This position is a part-time position:Friday, Saturday & Monday | 1st shift: 8am - 4pm | 2nd shift: 4pm -12am
Job Responsibilities:
  • Forklift operation protocol, daily work structure and safety guidelines
  • Lock out / tag out unsafe or inoperable equipment
  • Load, unload, and place product in proper storage bay stacked straight and neat
  • Verify counts of incoming product, make necessary adjustments on paperwork, and initial any changes
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are free of damage and document or report immediately to supervisor
  • Sign and date the paperwork when load is finished
  • Accurately input information as trained with scanner, documenting all functions performed
  • Ship accurate number of pieces per load worksheet
  • Assist with inventory counts and proper stock rotation

Required Qualifications Forklift Operators: 
  • Previous Forklift experience preferred.
  • High attention to detail and safety/compliance. 
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement. 
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
