Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm
- One day per month: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
- Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas and materials
- Take, transcribe, and maintain meeting minutes
- Manage correspondence and maintain organized records
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general office support
- Maintain office supplies and assist with day-to-day operations
- Support leadership with scheduling and communication
- Assist with light coordination of community initiatives and meetings
- Previous administrative or office management experience required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience taking detailed meeting minutes
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
