Job Description

Cardinal Staffing is immediately hiring for Paint Line Associates (General Laborers) in Taylor, MI.  As a Paint Line Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:

  • Preparing parts and materials for finishing
  • Setting up and performing finishing operations on components and products
  • Loading and unloading parts and materials on conveyors and racks, before and after processing and hanging/taking down assemblies on the paint line that go through the paint process
  • Inspecting finished coatings to ensure conformance to quality standards
  • Delivering parts and materials to appropriate location within the plant
  • Performing routine maintenance, changeover and adjustments on powder coat line, paint booth equipment and areas
  *2nd shift: M-F 3pm-11pm, $16.30/hr*  Required Qualifications of the Paint Line Associate: 
  • Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred. 
  • High attention to detail and safety/compliance. 
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement. 
  • Ability to work overtime as needed. 
 **you may be cross-trained in other departments of the warehouse, and must be comfortable being potentially trained to operate a hilo**
