Job Description

Cardinal Staffing is seeking reliable, hard-working individuals for a Packing & Inspection Associate position. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career growth.
Candidates must be able to train on 1st shift and then transition to 3rd shift. This role involves fast-paced, hands-on work and requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic.Schedule:
  • Training Shift: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
  • Permanent Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  • Overtime and weekends as required based on production needs
Pay Rate:
  • Competitive pay (based on experience)
  • Weekly pay
  • Pay rate will be discussed during interview
Job Responsibilities:
  • Inspect cartons for defects and pack finished products into boxes
  • Apply product labels and ensure proper packaging setup
  • Perform basic mechanical tasks such as tape unit setup and glue adjustments
  • Complete accurate paperwork and enter data into production software
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support quality, safety, and production standards daily
