Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for Packers in Milan, OH.  As a Packer you will work with a leader in food grade corrugated packing material.

Responsibilities of the Packer:
  • Work as a team to complete manufacturing process
  • Read, measure, load and pack products – strong math skills required
  • Light machine operation – forklift skills a plus
  • Packing products in a fast-paced environment
  • Pack product per specific instructions
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Ability to read and understand English
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide 
  • Previous packing experience is strongly preferred
Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members!  All temporary employees in the packer role are offered competitive compensation of $15.00 per hour!  Referral bonuses available! Shift times are from 6:00am until 4:30pm Sunday - Thursday.  Overtime is worked on Friday and based on production needs.  About Cardinal Staffing Services:Cardinal Staffing Services, Inc. has over 25 years of experience being recognized as leaders in the staffing industry.
