Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is currently seeking Packaging Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Midland, MI. This is a temporary position with immediate openings, offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a production environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Package manufactured products according to company specifications
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy
- Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus but not required
- Pay: $14–$16/hour (based on experience)
