Outside Sales Executive – Staffing If you’ve built a book, chased down tough clients, and know what it takes to win in staffing sales, keep reading! We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait for direction. Someone who sees opportunity, moves fast, and expects to be paid well for results. You’ll have the freedom to run your territory like it’s your own business and the backing of a recruiting team that can actually deliver. What you’ll do on a daily basis:
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting and cold calling, pitching, negotiating, closing.
- Build your territory from the ground up: identify targets, open doors, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
- Sell real solutions, not generic staffing: understand the client’s operation and solve actual workforce problems.
- Stay close to your accounts: expand relationships, drive additional business, and protect what you’ve built.
- Partner with our operations teams who know how to execute, so you can do what you do best and keep selling.
- This is a fully-in-person position and we're looking for a sales exec who enjoys working with their teams and customers each day.
- A track record in staffing sales. We are looking for someone with industry experience who has hit numbers, built relationships, and closed deals.
- Self-motivation that doesn’t depend on a manager checking in on you.
- Competitive edge: you like winning, and you don’t shy away from a challenge.
- Strong instincts in conversations: you know how to read a room, ask the right questions, and move a deal forward.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to be in front of clients regularly.
