Job Description

Job Title: Mold Operator 
Position Summary:
 Our client in Roseville, MI is seeking a Mold Operator to support production in a high-quality manufacturing environment serving the automotive, aerospace, and defense industries. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate molding machines following work instructions and safety guidelines
  2. Monitor parts during production to ensure basic quality standards are met
  3. Perform visual inspections and simple measurements on molded parts
  4. Trim, package, and label parts according to customer and quality requirements
  5. Report quality concerns, defects, or machine issues to supervisors
  6. Complete basic production and quality paperwork as required
  7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  8. Follow all company safety, quality, and attendance policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or GED preferred
  2. Previous manufacturing experience helpful but not required
  3. Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
  4. Basic math and attention to detail
  5. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  6. Dependable attendance and positive attitude
