Cardinal Staffing is interviewing for Modular Assembly workers for a manufacturing facility in Fenton, MI. We're looking for candidates who are skilled builders and good with hands-on projects that require the use of power tools and hand tools. An ideal candidate will be reliable with a good work history.
Pay:$18.54/HR | Monday-Sunday, M-F 6am-4:30pm, overtime Sat & Sun 6am-2:30pm

Job Description:
- Assemble walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, plastics, drywall and composites of multiple materials.
- Measure and arranges materials to established layout based on blueprints or instructions from Supervisor.
- Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
- Use various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects.
- Ensure the accuracy of work by checking completed projects with tools such as tape measures, levels, framing squares; corrects problems as needed.
- Fit and install windows and doors.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred
- HS Diploma/ GED
- Exceptional mechanical and technical skills.
- Ability to read measuring tape (Test Required)
- Uses mechanical skills to build industrial equipment.
- Ability to frequently walk, stand for extended periods (8-10 hours a day), balance, stoop, crouch, kneel, push, pull, twist, turn, and lift while performing functions of the position.
- Comfortable with cleaning and quality control
- Comfortable with climbing ladders as needed.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
