Job Description

Cardinal Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Mixing Associates to join their production team. This position plays a key role in the manufacturing process by accurately measuring, preparing, and mixing ingredients used in food production.
Schedule:
  • Training will be completed on 1st Shift (approximately one week).
  • After training, associates will transition to a regular schedule of 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Pay: $16.00 per hourResponsibilities:
  • Measure and mix ingredients according to production specifications
  • Follow recipes and production instructions accurately
  • Monitor mixing processes to ensure product quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all food safety and quality standards
  • Lift and move ingredients and materials as needed
  • Work closely with production team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, bakery, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work overtime when needed
