Job Description
Cardinal Staffing has partnered with a local manufacturing company in the Sandusky, Ohio area. We are currently hiring for a Mixing/Compounding Technician to start the week of July 7. This is a hands-on, physically active position working in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule:
- 1st shift training for approximately 30 days
- Transition to 3rd shift afterward
- Follow written batch instructions to weigh, mix, and compound materials
- Operate mixers, scales, and other production equipment
- Lift and handle up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools
- Ensure proper documentation and labeling
- Able to work 3rd shift after training
- Comfortable in a physically demanding, sometimes dirty environment
- Ability to understand and follow simple written instructions
- Reliable transportation
