Job Description

A Tier 1 Automotive Supplier is looking to add MIG Welders to their team! The company specializes in high volume production of steel containers, pallets, racks and carts for Chrysler, Ford, General Motors and their suppliers.Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour with Performance/Attendance Bonus opportunitiesSchedules:
  • 1st – 6am-3:30pm Mon to Thurs & Fri 6am-2:30pm
  • 2nd– 4pm-1:30am Mon to Thurs & Fri 3pm-11:30pm
Duties:
  • Set up welder
  • Weld out of fixtures
  • Achieve daily production rate
Qualifications:
  • Schooling or experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred but not required)
  • Own a weld helmet
  • Able to read tape measure (preferred but not required)
  • Able to perform repetitive work
  • Weld flat/overhead/vertical welds
  • Must have steel-toes
