Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a Metal Saw Operator for a picture framing company in Maumee, OH. The Metal Saw Operator is responsible for cutting and overall quality control of the metal frames that are cut and seeing the process through to packaging for the customer.    Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members!  All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($15) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).  Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.   First shift position: Monday through Friday, 6am-2:30pmOvertime available occasionally on Saturdays.  
Responsibilities of the Metal Saw Operator: 
  • Measuring and cutting metal picture frames. 
  • Ensuring a quality cut by inspecting every miter.
  • Being able to adjust blade cuts to frame profiles.
  • Package and sort metal by set standard operations. 
  • Be willing to learn other positions within the company.
 Required Qualifications of the Metal Saw Operator:
  • Previous experience in cutting metal. 
  • Proven ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16" and pass a measurement test. 
  • At least 1 year with Quality background.
