Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a Metal Fabricator in Fremont, OH.  As a Metal Fabricator for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work with a project based fabrications company. 
This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.   Cardinal Staffing is invested in their team members!  All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($21 - $27) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).  Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.  
Job Responsibilities of the Metal Fabricator:
  • Use machines to fabricate metal parts and products
  • Read customer blueprints and drawings to fabricate parts and products
  • Measure and inspect parts and products to ensure they meet customer specifications
Job Requirements of the Metal Fabricator:
  • Minimum of 2 year of Fabrication Experience
  • Must be able to read blueprints.
  • Use basic measuring and inspection tools, including micrometers
