Job Description

Are you looking for your next career opportunity? Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Assembly Technicians for a large, automotive supplier in Mesa, AZ.  As an assembly technician with Cardinal Staffing, you will be working in a temperature-controlled environment as an essential part of our client’s core operations. You will be ensuring that quality product is produced, assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery.  Responsibilities of the Assembler:  
  • Assembling of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Use of hand power tools to complete installations and rebuilds. 
  • Use blueprints to guide set up and assembling components of vehicle. 
  • Maintain work area and equipment by proper cleaning and organizing. 
  • Ensure product and process quality through appropriate inspection and packing process. 
  • Maintain efficiency and follow the safety protocols at all times. 
  • Stack, pack, count, and label completed parts that are ready for distribution. 
 Required Qualifications of the Assembler (Manufacturing): 
  • At least 2 years of consecutive experience in an automotive, manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, service technician or HVAC experience is required for this role. 
  • High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
  • Ability to use hand tools.
  • Comfortable with physical movement- (i.e. bending, lifting, twisting, pulling)
  • Ability to work overtime if required. 
  • Excellent attendance and personal responsibility.
