JOB DESCRIPTION: Production Worker – Temp to Hire SKILLED WORKERS NOW STARTING AT: • $16.50 for 1 st shift Production (6:00AM – 4:00PM) • $18.50 for 2 nd shift Production (4:00PM – 2:00AM) • $18.50 for 3 rd shift Industrial Sanitation (9:30PM – 6:00AM) NOTE: times may vary based on position and overtime may be required EXPERIENCED CUTTERS MAY RECEIVE ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION AFTER CUT TEST Production employees can be placed anywhere on the production line, either working directly with our product or in supplementary processes. There are a variety of openings associated with this position ranging from palletizing, loading, inspection, meat cutting, and sanitation. Our physical and fast-paced work environment requires the following from employees: • The ability to work in a cold environment (35-45 degrees) • The ability to stand for 10 or more hours per shift • The ability to work with and handle raw meat • The ability to uphold safe food processing standards • Must be at least 18 years of age or older • Ability to work any shift preferred • Prior experience: 2 years or more in green and yellow categories (see next page)* Responsibilities: • Keep up with the pace of production while meeting quality standards • Conduct job related tasks that may include, but are not limited to, using hand tools, knives, pallet jacks and other machinery • Maintain with good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills • Have a positive attitude while upholding a culture of mutual respect for all • Additional essential functions may be applicable to specific jobs • Complete any assigned tasks and/or projects as needed
