- Pull and kit materials according to production orders, work instructions, or pick lists
- Stage materials at designated production areas to support workflow
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications for accuracy
- Operate forklifts, hi-lo, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control processes
- Maintain organized storage areas and clearly labeled materials
- Update inventory transactions in ERP or warehouse management systems
- Support shipping and receiving functions as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of warehouse, material handling, or kitting experience preferred
- Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to read work orders and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Plex, etc.)
- Inventory control or cycle counting experience
