Job Description
Are you looking for a position that offers growth and the opportunity for a career?
Cardinal Staffing is currently partnered with manufacturing facility in Battle Creek, MI. focused on the production, assembly, and distribution for automotive products. Positions include production assembler, machine operating, heat treat, die casting, quality auditing, and material handlers. These are long-term positions working in a growing and stable environment!
Pay rates are based on shifts, starting at $17-18/hr. with raises available upon hire in. Shift times are 7:00a-3:10p (1st shift), 3:00 p-11:10p (2nd shift), and 11p-7:10a (3rd shift). Mostly 40-hour work weeks but will need to have availability for overtime when necessary!
Requirements:
• Able to work in a team environment and present a positive attitude
• Strong work history required
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license for forklift positions
• Steel toes are required
• Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
