Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is seeking production workers for current openings with a well-known manufacturing facility in Sandusky, OH.   Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery and equipment to produce goods
  • Monitor production process and adjust settings as needed
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
  • Clean and maintain work area
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisor
 Requirements/Preferences:
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify defects in products
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Basic math skills
