Job Description
We are currently hiring for a full-time Manufacturing Support Associate to join a growing production team in Norwalk.
This role supports a variety of production operations including working with materials, assisting with fabrication processes, and helping keep production running efficiently throughout the facility.
Shift
2nd Shift: 5pm – 1:30am
Additional shift structures may be available based on department needs

This role supports a variety of production operations including working with materials, assisting with fabrication processes, and helping keep production running efficiently throughout the facility.
Shift
2nd Shift: 5pm – 1:30am
Additional shift structures may be available based on department needs
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting different areas of the production process as needed
- Assisting with material handling, packaging, and product flow
- Operating equipment and helping with basic fabrication tasks
- Loading and unloading materials using pallet jacks or similar equipment
- Inspecting and preparing products for shipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Following all safety procedures and production guidelines
