Job Details:
- Orientation every Tuesday
- Training on Day Shift (6:30am–3:00pm) for up to 2 weeks
- After training, shifts available:
• Afternoons (2:30pm–11:00pm)
• Overnights (10:30pm–7:00am) - Frequent overtime is required – may include staying 4 hours late, coming in 4 hours early, or working weekends
- Eligible for hire-in after 90 days
- $18.54/hr starting pay
- $0.75/hr shift premium
- Sunday double time (if weekly hourly requirements are met)
- Inspecting parts and trimming excess material
- Assembling smaller components
- Operating a secondary assembly unit
- Stacking, packing, labeling, and documenting
- No experience required – prior manufacturing or factory experience preferred
- Ability to work mandatory overtime as scheduled
- Must have reliable personal transportation (carpooling is strongly discouraged due to inconsistent overtime scheduling)
