Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services hiring a Maintenance Technician for a Union Facility located in Warren, MI.  This position will be responsible for performing repairs and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment. *Candidates MUST have their own tools* Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician Include:   
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems (three-phase motors, start/stop circuits, AC/DC drives, and running electrical conduit)
  • Observe and diagnose malfunctions of mechanical devices. 
  • Repair and maintain equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machines and equipment. 
  • Keep accurate maintenance and preventative maintenance records.
 Preferred Qualifications of the Mechanical Maintenance Technician:   
  • 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance technician position
  • Proven track record of effective problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills
  • Allen Bradley programming and troubleshooting experience.
  Available shifts: 
  • 2nd shift: currently working 6 days, 12 hours. 
  • Must have flexibility with schedule.
  • Must be available on Sundays if needed.
  • $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
