Second shift hours are as follows:
- Monday-Friday: 3: 30pm-12: 00am
- Available for overtime when needed
Troubleshoot to determine root cause of equipment failure and perform corrective repairs.
Good understanding of troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatics controls.
Ability to read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics, mechanical blue prints, safety instructions, and operating manuals.
Disassembles machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
Repairs, replaces, adjusts, and aligns components of machinery and equipment.
Test runs repaired machinery and equipment to verify adequacy of repairs.
Performs routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
Assists in other building maintenance or repair activities as needed.
Mechanically inclined, able to work independently or in a team.
High School/Trade School Diploma or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Use power tools & hand tools.
Knowledgeable with the use of test and measuring equipment (electrical multi-meters, micrometers, calipers) as required to perform maintenance work.
