Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is hiring for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a client located in Oregon, OH. The Maintenance Tech will ensure that equipment and machinery are working at optimal efficiency to produce and manufacture products safely and on time.
This position will perform electrical, mechanical, and pipefitting duties which involve replacing, repairing, and cleaning equipment and/or component parts.
Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation of $25-$35 per hour as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
Available shift is 2nd & 3rd. Overtime is expected on both shifts.
Responsibilities of the Industrial Machine Mechanic:· Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.· Repair all production equipment as needed.· Update equipment, machinery, and tools as needed.· Comply with GMP, safety, OSHA, and audit standards.
Preferred Qualifications of the Industrial Machine Mechanic:· Experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.· Previous mechanic or machine maintenance experience in manufacturing or production.· Proven track record of effective problem-solving.· Strong communication skills.
