Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a well-established manufacturing facility in Maumee, OH.
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep the plant running by repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment. Every day is a little different—you'll work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, handle preventive maintenance, and respond to equipment issues when they come up.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep the plant running by repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment. Every day is a little different—you'll work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, handle preventive maintenance, and respond to equipment issues when they come up.

- 1st and 2nd Shifts available
- Training may be required on 1st shift
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to keep operations moving.
- Complete preventive maintenance on machinery and plant equipment.
- Work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Replace worn or damaged parts and make equipment adjustments.
- Read work orders, blueprints, and equipment manuals to complete repairs.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Keep maintenance records up to date.
- Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance or mechanical repair experience.
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Someone who enjoys hands-on work and solving problems.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment, including climbing, bending, and standing for long periods.
