Cardinal Staffing is partnering with an Automotive Components Company in the Saline, MI area for a Maintenance Tech. As a Maintenance Tech, you will perform a wide variety of mechanical jobs requiring thorough knowledge of machine assembly, procedures and practices.

 

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform and ensure mechanical assembly and repair including fit, alignment and lubrication.
  • Perform and ensure building and general maintenance of facilities.
  • Recognize and report unusual or unsafe conditions to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform preventative maintenance per schedule
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned or required

Education/Experience:
  • Electrical and controls experience a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 2 year (or higher) technical degree or equivalent work experience

  • Act in compliance with the company Health & Safety policies and procedures including any applicable legislation.
  • Notify the appropriate personnel of any situation or condition that may contribute to product or system non-conformity.
  • Comply with the Environmental Policy and contribute to its goals and objectives accordingly.
