Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for experienced Maintenance Techs for an established client located in Defiance, OH. The Maintenance Tech will ensure that equipment and machinery are working at optimal efficiency.
This position will perform electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic duties which involve replacing, repairing, and cleaning equipment and/or component parts.
Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation of $26-$28 per hour, including a $1 per hour shift premium as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
Shifts Available:
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Tech:
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment. • Repair all production equipment as needed. • Update equipment, machinery, and tools as needed. • Comply with GMP, safety, OSHA, and audit standards.
Preferred Qualifications of the Maintenance Tech:
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment (includes all supporting infrastructure and assisting with assembly machine changeovers) hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical • Previous mechanic or machine maintenance experience in manufacturing or production. • Experience on CAM driven continuous motion, high speed, automation equipment. • Ability to mechanically fabricate chutes and fixtures.
