Location: St. Johns, MI | Schedule: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Pay Rate: $80,000–$100,000/year
Employment Type: Direct Hire
About the Role
Cardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Leaders for a reputable employer in St. Johns, MI. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Organize schedules and assign maintenance work on production equipment
Supervise and direct maintenance personnel and support team development
Maintain and service plant equipment and facility systems
Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs
Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement efforts
Job Requirements
Associate’s degree in maintenance or related field OR equivalent experience
2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and procedures
