Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for Machine Operators for a well-known client in Oregon, OH.  As a Machine Operator you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations in a fast-paced automotive environment and be involved in all aspects of production operations including: 
  • Basic machine operation for acoustic panels for parts for vehicles
  • Following Safety Procedures
  • Quality Checks
This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members!  All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17.50/HR) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).  Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
Available schedules include:
  • 1st shift (7am to 3:30pm)
  • 2nd shift (3pm to 11:30pm)
  • 3rd shift (11pm to 7:30am)
  • Possible training on 12pm to 8PM for the first week or so.  
Responsibilities of the Machine Operators:
  • To exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment.
  • To demonstrate problem solving skills in a work environment that is striving for continuous improvement.
  • To follow Company policies and display conduct 
  • Adhere to all safety and health objectives, policies and procedures 
  • Strive to meet or exceed departmental performance objectives on a daily basis as directed by the Team Leader.
  • Perform all work within the guidelines of the control plan to ensure parts quality and customer satisfaction. 
  • Maintain a clean work area and report any malfunctioning equipment
  • Record and report all data required to maintain daily production records 
  • Direct all non-conforming parts to the appropriate reprocess area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the production Team Leader.

  • An updated resume with 1-2 years minimum at each employer will be required for consideration
