Location: Dearborn, MI
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Availability:
- 1st Shift – 6am-230
- 2nd Shift – 3:55 Start
- $20.00/hour for Day Shift
- $20.00/hour + $1.00 Shift Premium for Night Shift
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Operate packaging and production machinery safely and efficiently
- Lead and support production team members to achieve daily production goals
- Complete daily paperwork and tablet-based production reporting accurately
- Monitor product quality and ensure food safety standards are maintained
- Assist with troubleshooting minor machine and production issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and GMP/food safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members throughout the shift
- Support production flow and packaging operations as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of machine operation and/or production line leadership experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to accurately complete digital and written production documentation
- Comfortable using tablets, digital forms, and production systems
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a cold, wet manufacturing environment for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for up to 10-hour shifts
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must follow all food safety and company procedures at all times
