Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services is now hiring for Machine Operator in Tiffin, OH. Job Responsibilities:
3rd shift - $16.30 per hour*Training may be done on 2nd shift*

- Running the proper quantities and maintain first-in / first-out.
- Maintain productivity & quality standards, including: the ability to set up, perform tool changes, and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform necessary quality checks using various measurement equipment, including visual inspection as required.
- Handle parts appropriately with an understanding of complete manufacturing process, including in process storage.
- Changeover and troubleshooting of minor mechanical problems as required.
- Train new operators on machine function and part boundaries.
- Must properly complete operator check sheets.
