Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for Machine Operators for in Oregon, OH.  Working for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced automotive environment and be involved in all aspects of production operations including:  
  • Basic machine operation for acoustic panels for parts for vehicles
  • Following Safety Procedures
  • Quality Checks
 This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.  Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members!  All Machine Operators are offered competitive compensation of $17.50 per hour.   Available schedules include 2nd (3pm to 11:30pm) or 3rd (11pm to 7:30am), with both shifts training on 12pm to 8PM for the first week or so.    Other Job Duties:
  • To exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment.
  • To demonstrate problem solving skills in a work environment that is striving for continuous improvement.
  • To follow Company policies and display conduct 
  • Adhere to all safety and health objectives, policies and procedures 
  • Strive to meet or exceed departmental performance objectives on a daily basis as directed by the Team Leader.
  • Perform all work within the guidelines of the control plan to ensure parts quality and customer satisfaction. 
  • Maintain a clean work area and report any malfunctioning equipment
  • Record and report all data required to maintain daily production records 
  • Direct all non-conforming parts to the appropriate reprocess area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the production Team Leader.
Requirements for Machine Operators:
  • An updated resume with 1-2 years minimum at each employer will be required for consideration
