Job Description
A Tier 1 Stellantis supplier in Milan that manufactures high-quality stamped assemblies, closures, and suspension systems is looking to expand their team! We are staffing for General Assemblers with manufacturing experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience in an automotive manufacturing setting, and a passion for safety and efficiency in a production environment.
1st Shift ($17/hr) runs 7am - 330pm and 2nd shift ($17.85) runs 330pm - Midnight, Monday - Friday with potential for over time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble metal parts and components according to blueprints, work orders, or instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform assembly tasks.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required (training available).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
