Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a Maintenance Tech for a client located in Toledo, OH. The Maintenance Tech will ensure that equipment and machinery are working at optimal efficiency to produce and manufacture products safely and on time. This position will perform electrical, mechanical, and pipefitting duties which involve replacing, repairing, and cleaning equipment and/or component parts. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation starting at $17/hr but will increase based on experience. Must have open availability between 1st and 2nd shift, may work 10-12 hour days Monday-Thursday. Responsibilities of the Industrial Machine Mechanic: • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment. • Repair all production equipment as needed. • Update equipment, machinery, and tools as needed. • Comply with GMP, safety, OSHA, and audit standards. Preferred Qualifications of the Industrial Machine Mechanic: • Experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.• Previous mechanic or machine maintenance experience in manufacturing or production. • Proven track record of effective problem-solving. • Strong communication skills.
