Job Duties:
- Build mechanical sub-assemblies and full custom machines from blueprints
- Work with engineers and build leaders to troubleshoot and improve designs
- Assist with debug, startup, and testing of equipment
- Operate tools and equipment including cranes, lifts, and power tools
- Support packing, loading, and installation of machines at customer sites
- Follow all OSHA/MIOSHA safety guidelines and plant procedures
- At least 5 years of machine building, mechanical assembly, or automation build experience
- Strong blueprint reading and mechanical skills
- Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, or servo systems preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel occasionally for installs or troubleshooting
- Full-time role, primarily Monday–Friday (6 AM–4:30 PM) with occasional Saturdays
- Pay range: $16.68–$27.00/hr depending on experience
- Eligible for overtime and performance-based incentives
