Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Machine Assembly – Electrical position in Perrysburg, OH. As a Machine Assembly – Electrical associate for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a manufacturing environment supporting the electrical build and wiring of industrial machines. This role involves connecting electrical components such as motors and sensors, wiring control panels, and installing raceways while following detailed electrical schematics and documentation.
This position requires candidates who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with hand tools and electrical systems.
Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation of $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available Shift:
Monday through Friday
6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (general schedule)
Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Wire electrical devices on machines according to schematics and instructions
- Install and connect motors, sensors, and other electrical components
- Terminate and label wires in control panels and terminal strips
- Install raceways such as wireway, ladder tray, and cable supports
- Use hand and power tools to complete electrical and mechanical assembly tasks
- Assist with mechanical assembly work as needed
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of wiring or electrical assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Basic understanding of industrial electrical systems
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist in assembly work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to lift and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Travel may be required or offered depending on project needs
