Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Swanton, OH for a leading air transportation service provider.
Schedule:2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
(We are a 24/7/365 facility; flexibility is appreciated.)
Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($20/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
Key Responsibilities:• Broker trucks using load boards and carrier networks
• Track and update shipments in real time
• Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery
• Negotiate pricing and resolve shipment issues
• Maintain organized records and email communications
Qualifications:• 2–3 years customer service experience
• 2–3 years high-volume data entry experience
• Strong typing and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and phone communication
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
• Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Sylectus/Omnitracs a plus
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening
