Cardinal Staffing Services, is hiring  Line Crew Associates for a large, well-known client in Bowling Green, OH.  As a Line Crew Associate, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be involved in all aspects of manufacturing and packaging absorbent products. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members!  All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($16.00 per hour + $1 per hour differential) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).  Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.   
Available shifts include: 
  • 1st shift: 7:00am- 3:00pm
  • 2nd shift: 3:00pm- 11:30pm
  • 3rd shift: 11:00pm- 7:00am
 Required Qualifications of the Line Crew Associate: 
  • Pack and seal bags of absorbent products into boxes 
  • Pull and sort products 
  • Quality inspection
  • Label and assemble boxes
  • Maintain a clean work environment 
  • Complete daily reports
 Responsibilities of the Line Crew Associate:
 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Basic mathematical skills 
  • Ability to stand for full 8 hour shift
  • Lift up to 30 lbs 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Team oriented 
  • High school diploma or GED
