Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for Leads Representative in Thomasville, GA.  As a Leads Representative for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will be working for an esteemed insurance company and be responsible for generating leads to contribute to a growing base of agents both in and out of state. This role is an exciting opportunity to learn skills in marketing and data analysis.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that all incoming calls are answered promptly and performing outbound calls.
  • Internal and external communication to ensure good flow of information.
  • Updating information and processing data by using Microsoft Excel on a regular basis.
  • Monitoring lead inventory to ensure accuracy or data. 
  • Processing payments and understanding the basic functions of accounting.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
  • Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and a track record of longevity in previous positions.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers/agents.
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Previous experience with Excel is required.
  • The ability to utilize direct mail, Facebook, commercials, and data tracking to generate leads. 
  • The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing exemplary service.
  • Capacity to work independently or in a team environment and complete assignments within the parameters of given instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere.
  • Excellent organization and attention-to-detail.
