Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is looking for 3 Quality Team Leads. Do you have an eye for detail and quality, are you a natural leader and enjoy traveling? If so, this may be the job for you! We have 3 shifts, (1st shift 6am-2pm, 2nd shift 2pm-10pm, and 3rd shift 10pm-6am). Monday-Friday with weekends. You must have flexibility to cover multiple locations between Auburn Hills and St Clair Shores and help cover different shifts. We are looking for someone that is Reliable, Responsible and Dependable.
Pay is between $20-22/HR
Job Description:
* Inspect raw material and/or parts, audit production practices and processes, and report on non-conformances.
• Accurately inspect raw materials and products visually, as well as with gauges, scales, or other measurement instruments as required and according to work instructions
• Segregate non-conforming parts or material
• Complete required documentation for work performed
• Perform data entry of work results into appropriate databases
• Perform final inspection to reconcile outgoing shipments, as required
• May be required to identify causes of non-conformance
• Meet all TKMNA employee attributes and competencies
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems
• Ability to learn correct use of basic measurement instruments (tape measure, scales, gauges)
• Basic computer knowledge to complete data entry
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to accurately inspect basic material, commodities, and/or processes* Travel
Preferred requirements:
• Prior experience using basic measurement instruments
• Prior experience in a quality assurance inspection position
