Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for a Lawncare Maintenance Worker in Northwood, OH.  As a Lawncare Maintenance Worker for Cardinal Staffing, you will work outdoors on baseball diamonds and soccer fields: 
  • Mowing
  • Weed-whacking 
  • Picking up trash
 This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.   Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members!  All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($18.50/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).  Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.   Available shift is Monday to Friday 7AM to 3:30PM (subject to change during inclement weather).  Required Qualifications: 
  • Previous lawncare experience (job requires operating a lawn mower and weed-whacker)
  • High attention to detail and safety/compliance
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement
  • Must have a current valid drivers license
