Job Description

Cardinal Staffing is immediately hiring Machine Operators in Fremont, Ohio.  As a Machine Operator you will be working in medium-paced factory environment. Responsibilities of the Machine Operator: 
  • Read, understand and follow instructions to ensure parts meet customer expectations
  • Read and understand any quality alerts and updates 
  • Maintain a clean and clutter free work environment. 
  • Meet reasonable production requirements and quality standards

 Required Qualification of the Machine Operator:
  • Able to work independently, demonstrate a proactive problem-solving attitude. 
  • Solid, Stable Work History
  • Prefer previous manufacturing experience
