Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services has a DIRECT HIRE opportunity for an experienced Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Technician. 3rd shift  Fremont, OH.  RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:  
  1. Duties of the position are not limited to but will include:  Wiring to print and troubleshooting of low voltage AC/DC circuits and PLC components input/output devices.  AC/DC drive motor troubleshooting and repairs.
  2. Maintenance of robotic manipulators, LED lighting, machine annunciators, warning lights and horns/bells as well as machine limits.
  3. Fabrication and installation of new conduit and wiring, plumbing, hose and metal tubing installation.
  4. General welding, cutting, sheet metal fabrication, machine lubrication, replacement of input/output devices, basic motor wiring and replacement will be routinely assigned duties.
  5. Implementation of Pro-Active Scheduled Maintenance including check lists and inventory maintenance and other duties as assigned by management.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 
  • The successful candidate should have a combination of education and experience which provides the required skill and knowledge to perform the job of Electro-Mechanical Maintenance.
  • Typical qualifications would be the possession of a high school or trade school diploma, as an associate’s degree in electrical, mechanical or equivalent training.  Three to five years experience in an industrial / manufacturing maintenance environment.
