Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring a Human Resources Manager for a growing company in Oak Harbor, OH. This position will be part of building a strong, engaged workforce and maintaining seamless communication between leadership and production teams!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure legal compliance, advise leadership on workforce planning and organizational structure, support company culture
- Support performance management and coaching conversations
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, oversee onboarding and training, lead employee relations
- Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration, maintain personnel records
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of labor law and compliance
- Strong communication and conflict resolution
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification a plus
