- Proven HVAC Experience: Previous experience in HVAC sales, air filtration systems, or a related technical field is a must.
- Strong Sales Skills: Ability to close deals, exceed sales targets, and thrive in a competitive environment.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
- Self-Motivation: A highly driven individual with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales goals.
- Valid Driver’s License: Willingness to travel locally within the Northwest Ohio region to meet with clients and prospects.
