We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support daily HR functions and office operations in a professional, fast-paced environment in Milan, Ohio.This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on HR experience and takes pride in keeping processes organized, compliant, and running smoothly. You will play a key role in supporting employees and leadership while ensuring day-to-day administrative functions are handled accurately and efficiently.
This is a first-shift opportunity, typically Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm (hours may vary slightly based on business needs).Pay: $24.50 – $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities include:
- Managing onboarding documentation and new hire processes
- Maintaining organized and compliant personnel files
- Supporting HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Assisting with payroll documentation and timekeeping coordination
- Communicating with employees regarding HR-related matters
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Previous experience in Human Resources required
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
- Professional communication skills
