HR Generalist Key Responsibilities:

HR Generalist Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance & Audits:
- Oversee and document adherence to mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
- Conduct regular audits of employee information, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related topics.
- Ensure I-9 documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Partner with managers to identify key skills and competencies required for new hires.
- Conduct background checks and eligibility verifications.
- Implement effective new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Employee Relations & Performance:
- Address employment-related inquiries and handle sensitive matters by referring them to appropriate staff.
- Prepare documentation and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Develop and implement performance management and talent development programs.
- HR Administration:
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
- Oversee disciplinary matters, disputes, and investigations.
- Manage employee productivity, recognition, and morale initiatives.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of HR systems, organization charts, and employee directories.
- Additional Duties:
- Seek and apply for grant initiatives as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
