Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring a Human Resources Manager for a well-known client in Defiance, OH. As an HR Manager, you’ll provide support in all areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. This role ensures HR processes and procedures are effectively implemented, compliant with company policies, and aligned with federal and state regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or coordinator capacity
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
