Cardinal Staffing is currently interviewing for a bilingual HR Coordinator for a local food processing plant.
Job Summary:The Human Resources Representative provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee communication, onboarding, data management, and general HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills are required to effectively support a diverse workforce.
Additional Duties· Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.· Support HR projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.· Maintain HR supplies, forms, and documentation.· Perform other related duties assigned to support the Human Resources department.Qualifications· Previous administrative or HR experience preferred.· Must be Bilingual English/Spanish.· Strong organizational and time-management skills.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR or preferred applicant tracking systems.Work Environment· Office-based work environment with frequent interaction with employees, applicants, and management.· Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm (Can vary depending on production needs)Compensation: $26.50
